As for the "No trap" warning, once that FM should register traps with Quail to get rid of this warning. Please see bug CSCei47755
This is the bug ID that documents the "warning, no traps" message.
CSCei47755:FM should register traps with Quail to get rid of the warning
info. The warning is due to the way FM polls the MDS to confirm the switch state. If something should really fail, it will report more than just that message. The "no traps" will show if you have not configured traps or if the FM database has not been updated with the fact that traps have been set up.
