MDS-Nexus SAN design guide and MDS software

Is there a design guide for MDS 9500 working with Nexus switches?

Is MDS usually equipped with both SAN-OS and NX-OS software so you can choose to configure MDS in SAN-OS or NX-OS? or SAN-OS and NX-OS means the same for MDS?

MDS Switches are all running NX-OS as well. This makes the integration between MDS and Nexus really easy and seamless. There are a number of design guides available, depending if you want FC, FCoE or any combination.

Do you have the links to the design guides? I was not able to find from Cisco site.

I would think FC between Nexus and MDS, and FCoE between Nexus and Nexus.
