Module FC DS-X9148 power cycled by supervisor time to time. Error Message in syslog:

Module 2 reported status for component 88 code 0x40240015

Module 2 (serial: JAB102600QN) reported failure on ports 2/1

-2/48 (Fibre Channel) due to Fatal runtime Arb error. (DevEr

r is bitmap of failed modules) in device 88 (device error 0x

2).

Any suggestions without call to support (i've done it)?

Have you enabled any debugging information on the linecard itself?

An arb error sounds like the failure is occuring in hardware. I would ask tech support for a RMA. How often does this error occur?
