Nexus 55k compatibility with Qlogic FC switch module

Hi,

How can I verify the compatibly between Nexus 5548UP and Qlogic FC switch module? The NX-OS release compatibility matrix includes only Brocade switches but doesn’t list any Qlogic FC SAN switches. In my design the nexus 55k will be connected to Qlogic FC switch module (installed in an IBM H chassis).

Does the Qlogic FC switch support feature similar to NPV on Cisco? If so, I suggest you make the 5548 NPIV and the Qlogic would be considered like a host and there would not be any need for interop configuration. All the servers in the IBM chassis would login to the NPIV 5548 with this configuration.
