Hi All,

We´ve receiving an Errormessage "An error was detected on device \Device\Harddisk5\DR9 during a paging operation."

This message occures when one clusternode is up and the second comes online, too. Cisco-iSCSI-Driver is 4.1.2 and SN5428-2 is 3.5.3-K9.

Just going from the information on in your message, I assume you are getting this message on the Win servers. What is probably occuring is that the two servers are attempting to use the same portion of the same disk for paging virtual memory operations. So, if the first server is reading/writing a page file for virtual memory to a disk location, then the 2nd device is not going to be able to write/read data from the same portion of disk that is attached to the SN5428.

Yeah, that´s our intention, too. But in my opinion this should not be as this is an active/passive cluster. Nevertheless I suppose this is a cluster and not an iSCSI-Problem... I was surprised as MS told us, iSCSI is not supported in W2K-Cluster-Environment.
