UCS Rack Mount Server fabric login issue to Nexus 5672

Dear Everyone,  
     We connect UCS Rack Mount Server's MLOM card to Nexus 5672 using FCoE.When we check fabric login in Nexus switch,we cannot found fabric login from server side.When we use "show interface vfc1 trunk vsan 100", it display "waiting for flogi".We configured based on this link.http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/switches/nexus-5000-series-switches/117280-config-fcoe-00.html.We checked SystemQoS,it is added.Please kindly check attached file.Thanks for your help in advance.

- is feature fcoe enabled ?

- show the output of vsan's defined on N5k

- what is the FCoE vlan to vsan mapping ?

When we change nexus switch to new firmware, it went OK.
