Hi,
I am new to MDS and i have encountered problem while recovering admin password on two MDS9148-16p-k9 switches.
Switches are configured with admin password which i don't have it with me, so i followed the cisco document to recover the password -

I am OK so far following the guide through Step 1 to 6, but in step 7 when i tried to load the san os image (mine is m9100-s3ek9-mz.5.0.1a.bin), it did uncompress and load the image and running all the way until the stage where prompting the password. (the password which i set during switch(boot-config)# mode was not reflected)
I also never had change to perform the Step 8 to save the configuration (switch#copy running-config startup-config) as well.
This issue happend on both MDS 9148 switches i have.
