vHBA wwn is not showing up with MDS

Hi

We have configured 2 VSAN IDs (the default 1 with FC Port Channel and another one 3830 with FC uplink interface 1/26) with UCS (6248 FI in End Host mode, B 200 M4 blade, NPIV is enabled with MDS 9148S). Still the infra is not in production and under testing phase. We created and assigned the Service Profile to one of the servers and the WWN showed with the MDS switch, but with other 2 servers it's not showing up (show flogi database), also getting error (virtual interface 871 link state is down). With MDS port the trunk mode is on by default. Can someone help us to correct this issue

Did you create pwwn, nwwn pools ? and used your vhba's taken values out of this pools ?

Even without a SP associated, you should see one flogi on fabric A and B.

Can you please post show flogi on the 2 MDS ?

Once you associated a SP with a blade AND installed the OS on a blade, you should see an additonal flogi from the vhba.
