vsan merge.

I have couple if questions on vsan :

1) On what all conditions will the operational state of a vsan be up ?

2) If i create a vsan without any members on one domain, put that vsan in allow list of TE port , and on another domain the same vsan has few member ports (devices are logged in) and is in allowed list of TE..will the vsan merge across the ISL ?

Vsan merge.
1). A VSAN is in the operational state if the VSAN is active and at least one port is up.
