in running-config i have "speed" varying randomly from 300 to 115200

what is wrong?

Hello Vitaly,

you might want to try and turn flowcontrol off (no flowcontrol hardware), and to set the TX and RX speeds manually:

line 1

txspeed 19200

rxspeed 19200
