Hi,
I have a stack of 3750-x switches, i recently purchsed an IP services license upgrade per switch in the stack so i could run BGP. The license install was successful and it now says the license level is ipservices, however when i try and configure BGP it still says 'protocol not in this image'. Please advise urgently

Ricky
Your output is still showing IP Base. From your output ie. the bottom line -
Next reboot licensing Level : ipservices
you need to reboot the switch for the license upgrade to take affect.

Jon,
thanks for your swift reply. Regardless of the feature set, apparently that IP base version does not support BGP. I installed a Universal-K9 image on there and then rebooted and now everything appears to be fine
thanks again
