We have a model WS-C2960S-24PS-L that will power up but we get no lights on the front panel. The first issue we noticed was that the SFP port activity lights were showing a solid orange and we had lost communication over our fiber backbone. We rebooted the switch, but were experiencing the same issue. We removed the switch from the rack and now have it in an office and plugged in. Now it will power up but we get no activity lights on the front even when we plug in active devices with copper patch cables. It seems that the hardware was starting to fail but now has completely failed. Any suggestions?
