Cisco doesn't accept commands from putty

Hello everyone. I have recently purchased a second hand Cisco WS-C3750-48P switch. However, I am having problems communicating with the switch. The switch shows the entire boot process, but I cannot give commands to the switch. It is like a one way communication.

Shown in the image, I cannot proceed further than those lines. Pressing the return key does nothing.

Thanks for your help.

Hi there,

Try setting the 'hardware flow control' to Off/ No .

cheers,

Seb,

How can I do that? I can only see XON/XOFF

I don't have a putty window to look at, but try XOFF.
