I tried to install the cisco_usbconsole_driver version 3.1 on windows 8.1, but while connecting to the device, some error message displayed containing "Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service." on the terminal window. I downloaded this file from cisco site under 3560x catalyst switch files. have you ever were able to install and use this console driver on windows 8.1 ever? but "CiscoUsbConsoleWindowsDriver" is listed on the Device Manager" and the associated usb serial port is displayed as "COM4" under the Com&LPT node in the Device Manager. it doesn't show any problem here in this window regarding the usb driver. but it doesn't work.
