How to access my client mode switch via ssh?

 - On Windows (e.g.) , you have a lot of clients which are ssh-capable , such as PuTTY and WinSCP. On Linux you have the plain ssh command available.

I have two switches one on server mode and the other on client mode I want to access my client mode switch through PuTTY how can I do that?

 

 

             - What do you mean by a switch that is in 'client mode' ?

VTP client mode

 

 - VTP client or server mode  has no impact on ssh connectivity , however make sure ssh is configured on the switch , here is an example documenthttps://www.thegeekstuff.com/2013/08/enable-ssh-cisco/
