Hi, I am now trying to add an ASA firewall to my network simulation. But I am having issues with it as I have not done much firewall configuration, I have spent all day trying to configure it, I removed the configurations i added as it only seemed to make my problems worse... For a start, I am unable to ping the firewall (10.0.0.47) from other devices in the network, do i need to add more static routes to it? From there i have created some routers representing the internet (203.0.113.1) which I am also trying to ping from the internal network. Then once that is done I am looking to configure some ACLs - allowing external traffic to reach the dmz, then internal traffic can access the dmz and external, but then no dmz traffic or outside traffic can reach the internal network (10.0.0.0 network), then only allowing ssh connections from vlan 10.
