Hi all, if I only have one public ip on my dsl connection, can I use this for my vpn ?

It is possible to create tunnel, if you got single public IP but there are some question which I want to ask.
Where you want to configure the VPN i.e. the DSL router or any firewall.
On which router is your DSL link terminated.
