Hi Guys,
Can anyone please explain what is the difference between DHCP relay & DHCP IP helper address? Or please give me any useful URL for both of these.

A DHCP relay agent is any device that forwards DHCP packets between a client and a DHCP server. Cisco routers can act as DHCP relay agents and the way you tell them to do this is to configure the "ip helper-address
So the ip helper-address is simply the way Cisco implements the DHCP relay function on it's routers.
