Hi,
I am receiving a lot of notifications from Wireless APs related to MAC addresses flapping bewteen ports (SW_MATM-4-MACFLAP_NOTIF).
Those messages are so annoying as they are filling the syslog server quickly. I can't find a way to disable those messages for some ports.
Does it possible to do that?
Thank you in advance
Best regards
Aurelio

Try below commands
logging discriminator nolog msg-body drops flapping
logging buffered discriminator nolog
logging console discriminator nolog
logging monitor discriminator nolog
logging host X.X.X.X discriminator nolog

I found some websites talking about "no mac address-table notification mac-move" and "no mac address-table notification change" but didn't work as both notifications are disabled by default.
Any clue?
Thank you in advance
Regards
Aurelio

Hi Junaid,
Those commands worked fine!
Finally I applied the discriminator only to "host" entry to avoid to spam the syslog server. I want to see the messages in the console, just in case.
