Is it a good practice to use 'exception memory ignore overflow' on Cisco Routers. Has anyone experienced any problems with it ever.

To configure the Cisco IOS software to correct corruption in memory block headers and allow a router to continue its normal operation, use the exception memory ignore overflow command in global configuration mode

To improve device availability when software faults are detected in the network. You can configure the frequency and the maximum number of memory overflow corrections. If overflow correction is required more often than the configured value, a software forced reload is triggered because a severe system problem is indicated.
