No, currently the only Cisco networking device that supports FcoE is the Nexus 5000.
Honestly I doubt we will see an ASR performing FCoE anytime soon since in general more than a single hop/switch for an FCoE connection is not supported. There is a lot of work to be done before we can have a reliable "no drop" multi-hop path via Ethernet.
If you need storage access over several hops you might be better looking at iSCSI or, if you can get away with it, NFS.
