Flash No such file or directory

Hi,

Have a used Catalyst 3560 that I got for my home CCENT lab. The System LED blinks green. Using PuTTY I get the prompt  Switch: 

If I input enable it does not recognize the command.

If I input boot I get a message about no such file or directory.

Error loading "flash:c3560-ipservicesk9-mz.122-55.SE.bin"

I input reset and got the same message

This fixable?

Post the complete output to the command "dir flash:"

Flash dir has 0 files

ran dir flash and got could not stat

The command used/entered is incorrect.  The correct command is "dir flash:".  Notice the ":" at the end.

Not allowed to download file. I have an account with Cisco, but not the entitlement to download the file. Got the switch off eBay, so the company that had the switch wiped the flash before getting rid of it, which is proper. But now I can't download the IOS.

No, it's not proper.  Wiping the config is acceptable but wiping the IOS is just plain dodgy.  Look at the e-Bay list and see if there was any mention of the switch being delivered WITHOUT an OS.
