Get an IP Address Connects to Domain but says Unauthenticated

We had AT&T add a serice on demand (Metro Ethernet) between our 2 sites. Each site has a c9500 switch directly connect to the Metro Ethernet port on the AT&T circuit. When connecting the c9500 at the secondary site I'm able to connect to a vLan created on the c9500 at the main site. I've also connected a 2960x switch to the c9500 at the secondary site. However, when I connect my laptop to the port under the same vlan at the main site I get an dhcp address as I should but there is a message saying "domain name 2 Unauthenticated". Is this a configuration issue? Has anyone seen this before? Please help.

Thanks

 - This is probably a 'local' problem concerning the adapter-profile as in :

Hello,

from the laptop command prompt run;

netsh winsock reset

Then reboot the laptop and try again...
