I need help!

I have bought two layer 3 switch and two ASA 5515 IPS to create a redundant topology for my local network.  

I have two link for access the internet and I want know how to connect the service provider and make a failover connection.   

How can I choose the better topology for my network?

Since January 2014, this is the THIRD school-work I've seen showing EXACTLY the same "design".  

Help yourself, post YOUR SOLUTION and I/we will be happy to "peer review" and provide critique.  Be honest will also help.  I'd crank down a few notches if I know I was dealing with a student who's keen on learning.  However, I will NOT help any person go easy on school work.  If you don't want to do the "hard yards" then you need to look for another career.   NETWORKING, as a whole, is not a career where you can claim credits for other people's work.
