Is this a loop free network with active/active switching

Is it ok to use VSS on all the 3 layers show in the diagram 

WAN EDGE DISTRIBUTION
CORE 
LAN DISTRIBUTION

This design can be simpler if you connect the access switches directly to the core and eliminate the distro switches.

VSS at the core and routed connections between the core and WAN Edge switches.
