Issue with IP Phone Packet Tracer

I'm having issues giving the IP phone in OSPF area 10 an IP but the phone in OSPF area 20 is fine I'm not sure what the issue is, my guess is that it has something to do with the MLS connection in between but I'm not sure any help or suggestions is appreciated thankyou. Attached to the post is the running config on the ABR1,MLS, and the ALS

 Attach the Packetracer file here. Zip it first.

I fixed the phone problem and now if is getting IP address.

  Please, review the config I made on the Router and on the Layer 3 switch and revert back to me if you have any doubt
