It does not save the configuration SW C9300L-48P-4X

We are experiencing an issue with a Cisco Catalyst C9300L-48P-4X where the device does not save the configuration. After running commands such as:

Version:17.12.2r

write memory copy running-config startup-config

the configuration is not stored and is lost after a reload.

Could you please assist us in identifying the root cause?
Below are the details and information we can provide or collect if needed:

• Platform: C9300L-48P-4X

• Running mode (Install/Bundle)

• NVRAM status and free space

• Flash/NVRAM filesystem status (possible read-only condition)

• Stack status (if applicable)
