MCAST Syslogs

Hi all,

I'm have gotten the following syslog from a couple of 6509 switches on campus here:

MCAST-4-RX_LVRANGE: IGMP: Rcvd Leave in the range of 01-00-5e-00-00-xx

Anyone know what could cause this?

error message indicates that the switch received an Internet Group Management Protocol (IGMP) leave from a host for the group address in the range of 01-00-5e-00-00-xx. This address range is normally used for control packets like CDP, VTP, STP and must not be used for general multicast data traffic.
