MSTP BPDU

Hi

Im in little struggle to understand the MSTP BPDU please help someone.

1)what is the difference between Bridge ID and CIST Bridge ID ? (i saw in wireshark, i have attached below)

2)when non CIST regional root bridge sends a BPDU to STP or some other region, what is the Bridge ID which include ? (CIST regional root MAC or Its own MAC )

3)can we separate IST root and CIST root ? 

please suggest me any you tube videos to understand MSTP inter operating with others that would be very helpful.
