NX OS Essential License Required for Inter-VLAN routing

Kindly guide me VCP & inter-VLAN routing is required NX-OS Essentials license in Cisco Nexus 9300 Switch? or without any without license both features can be run in Cisco Nexus 9300 switch.

Yes, you need the Essential license to support both features. See table-5 in this link:
