Please support with CISCO warranty

Hi,

i bought a Cisco Switch form an Online Shop ( i'm from Italy ), this product worked for 1 month. After 1 month the product stopped working so now is broken and i'm desperated because no one give me support.

1) the online shop doesn't reply by phone or email

2) the Cisco Partners say that for get their support i need to be one of their client.

3) The Cisco Italia Support say that they cannot help me....i i don't buy SMARTNET support licence...

What i have to do ? Someone can help me ?

Send an email to warranty@cisco.com and give them the specifics:

1.  When and where you bought your appliance;

2.  Model number;

3.  Serial number
