Hello experts, hope that you're doing great. I have a problem with some devices, Cat4500 with these modules: WS-X4248-RJ45V, WS-X4248-RJ21V, WS-X4548-GB-RJ45V, WS-X4224-RJ45V or WS-X4524-GB-RJ45V and the problem is that suddenly I lose the PoE connectivity, I'm hitting this BUG: CSCef87815 but the main issue is whtat there is no workaround or fix in (IOS).
The solution to this problem is reset the device but my customer is telling me that this is not possible since these are production devices and we have a lot.
Please help me if you have more info abut this or if I need to open a SR with the TAC.

If you open a TAC case, they can send you replacement modules to fix your issue.
