Hello!
I run cisco 3845 with 12.4.24T3.
I have following :
policy-map ZAB
class TELNET
bandwidth percent 10
class MAIL
bandwidth percent 10
class ICMP
bandwidth percent 10
class NOTES
bandwidth percent 10
class WTS
bandwidth percent 20
class voice
priority percent 30
class class-default
fair-queue
policy-map tunnel_zab_gre_oil
class class-default
shape average 1000000
service-policy ZAB
and I have this on gre tunnel interface.
Users complains about voip quality and sometimes I see drops in voip class.
And they are marked as b/w exceed drops.
But, as I see, reserved bandwidth is always higher than real bandwidth.
What can it be?
Thank you!

btw, channel can be considered as internet- this is leased channel with 1 Mbit declared bandwidth.
Is it possible that router drops packets in priority queue if there are problems with channel?

your policy map is not applied on a tunnel interface? ---> show policy-map interface
Regards.
Alain.

p100-cr3845-1#sh policy-map interface tunnel 7
Tunnel7
Service-policy output: tunnel_zab_gre_oil
I'm not newbie :-)
btw, how do you think I see b/w drops if police is not applied?
;-)

I'm not newbie :-)
I never said that
I wanted to be sure it was a tunnel interface.
Can you post the output you saw when there was drops.
Regards.
Alain.
