Power Given, but Power Controller does not report power good C9200L

Hi,

i have Access Switch C9200L-48P-4X-E and Interface G1/0/1 is Uplink Trunk to Distribution Switch

however, we are getting the below error for some:

%ILPOWER-5-DETECT: Interface Gi1/0/1: Power Device detected: IEEE PD
: %ILPOWER-5-IEEE_DISCONNECT: Interface Gi1/0/1: PD removed
: %ILPOWER-3-CONTROLLER_PORT_ERR: Controller port error, Interface Gi1/0/1: Power given, but Power Controller does not report Power Good.

This problem causes the Uplink from SD to SA to be Request Timed Out for a few moments and then Running again.

What do you think this might be caused by and how can I fix this?

I try command "test cable-diagnostic tdr Interface G1/0/1"

and "show cable-diagnostic tdr Interface G1/0/1"

but doesn't solved.

maybe this for the last option, i can try with another cable for comparation
