Priortization/QOS

My Service provider has extended MPLS connection to my house over WIMAX local loops. When i am using Voice along with some data application, my voice is not clear. Service Provider says there can be no Priortization that can be done on the WIMAX Local loop how ever on the MPLS Cloud they can do the priortization. Is there any mechanism i can do traffic shaping or acheive QOS on my Laptop it self. Its having XP Operating system.

I believe XP supports QoS, but before you pursue that, unless you can provide two way priorization of VoIP, you might find it (XP QoS), alone, ineffective.
