Which image can I upload on the 3850 48U switch to be able to configure OSPF? Do I need license to unlock feature set? I'm currently booting switch with the following image

 cat3k_caa-universalk9.SPA.03.06.04.E.152-2.E4.bin

You need a licence to enable OSPF.

You need a minimum of IP Base for a very limited version of OSPF, and "IP Services" for a full OSPF implementation.
