Is it possible to setup some sort of QoS that will allow me to limit bandwidth to one host for all hosts except one? I'd like to allow one server to talk to another at full 1Gb speed, but limit all other traffic to the server to 10Mb. This is a performance test to see how those two servers would operate if they were at another site connected by a 10Mb link. The trick is that the 2 servers need to talk to each other at 1Gb speed.

That's some pretty hefty reading to just find out if this is possible. I'm hoping I can get some insight that will prevent me from wasting a lot of time reading only to find out I'm out of luck.
