"no logging event link-status" on all ports in stack after upgrade

upgraded a 2960S stack to 15.0(2)EX5 and added a 2960X to stack

after upgrade i see all interfaces  with "no logging event link-status"

who change my config?

and what does this command do?

no logging event link-status

This command disables the logs generated when port(s) go down or up.
