"each network in separate physical switch"
Are the two switches connected, or do you have a router in between them?
Are you using VLANs? If so, are these servers configured as access ports? Can you provide more information?
Thanks,
John

hello John
No the two switches are not connected.
since iam having two physical switch, one switch for each network , there is no use of VLAN,
our requirement that the switches should be saparted.

How do you have the servers connected to the switch? Do you have both 10.x.x.x subnets in one and the other in the other? You would need to have some sort of routing mechanism between the two in order to be able to see the other subnet. If the two 10.x.x.x interfaces are connected to the same switch, you should be able to see those, but you wouldn't be able to ping the other subnet on the other switch without a router.
Do you have a diagram of what you have?
