It seems like the switch went down and came back up. What is the question?

But still shown in the monitoring system is down, i can ping, trace, all is looks ok to me but i don't know why is shown down.

If you can ping it, its alive.

It maybe something wrong with SNMP config and that is why the monitoring system can't reach it and thinks its down.
