Hi guys
i am just wondering if i need a bandwidth comand under the interface that i apply shaping to or not
as we know if we normally apply a policy-map to interface and it has QoS policies we must put the amount of bandwidth if the bandwith less than the actual interface bandwith for example we have 4M from ISP ove Fa we put bandwith 4000 this will be referenced by the policy map to use the Qos incase of the interface conjested
Howver if i have this olicy map nested under another policymap that shap all the traffic to 4M when i apply the policy map with shaping i mean the parant policy in this case do i need the bandwith command or not ??
