I observed the folowwing behavior when trying to apply traffic shapping on the Vlan1 interface of a 881 routeur (LAN switch) :
applying policy-map with shape on vlan1 interface : "configuration failed"
applying policy-map with shape on each physical interface of the switch (f0,f1,f2,f3) : OK but nothing happens (shaping has no effect)
applying "traffic-shape" directly on the vlan1 interface : OK, it works
The fact is that we are actually upgrading 881 IOS because of a bug in the WAN (f4) interface and now in ios 15.2 the "traffic-shape" command has disappeared !
Please has someone any idea for obtaining a traffic shaping for the LAN outbound ??
