traffic slow due to errors and interface resets?(part 1)

OK, I have a 2524 with 2 t1 wics along with two circuits. We have an announcement list that we run like 3 times a week that allowed me to notice that mail was not going out as fast as it ususally does. We are talking about a fraction...like 5% of the normal. Needless to say, our customers do not like that. So, nothing has changed, except a power outage a few days ago and things seemed to run fine after that.

On the router, I see and obscene number of interface resets on the ethernet interface.(there are two serial interfaces(T1 wics) and one ethernet on this router.) I am fairly sure that e0 is a half duplex 10 Mbps int. Icouldn't find any information that suggests otherwise. A show int on all three interface is as follows:

It seems that the pipe is being filled but the mail seems to be senind slow...like I noted above. Could the resets be responsible for the errors or packets that never get to the destinations, thus not allowing the connections to finish at a timely manner? This is all that I can think of.

what is the problem here? Are the T1 wics bad? I have changed the cable out.....I dont think that I have That many bad cables? I could use some advice.
