upgrading 3750 to 2750G question

Ok,

I am upgrading our switch to a Gig switch. Here is my question. 3750 to a 3750G

The switch is in a stack, what are the steps in upgrading this in the stack?

I didnt set up the stack so i am not sure the steps. HELP!
