Hi,
I need a file server for a small business with about 30 employees. Can anyone suggest one that is easy on money and will do the job?

Not much detail here to go on, but we use Dell 1750, 1850, and 1950 servers at our company. They seem to do the trick. Check out the 1950s with a dual core processor. Pretty good IMHO.
