Cisco UCS C220 M3 Rack Server motherboard amber led definitions

UCS C220 M3 Rack Server Won't power up (in standby mode) Have a amber led on the side of Mem stick C1 See Photo I have looked at all Docs I could find. Anybody have any idea what it means ??   Thanks for any help.

Amber LED means a fail hard drive.

@lancesr hi, in standby mode, can you try to access CIMC? if it works, you can see the exact error details. also try to check any outputs in monitor. if you cannot see anything, most of the times, this meant to HW failure.
