CMS with LDAP

Hi, 

I have a problem with my recent implementation

The syncronization was ok:

2021-06-17  12:19:59.163  Info     10.5.5.40: web user "admin" created new LDAP sync operation c8f41a1c-cd0a-4cc1-98ee-c15aeed9ac85

But when I'm trying to login the users i receive the following message:

2021-06-18  09:54:21.894  Info     LDAP authorisation failed for user 'webextms@cccc.org'
2021-06-18  09:54:21.894  Info     LDAP failure 49 (invalidCredentials) server diagnostics message: 80090308: LdapErr: DSID-0C090439, comment: AcceptSecurityContext error, data 52e, v4563

What can be happening?

Hello,

Do you see this user in CMS > Status > User ?

Which version of CMS you using ?

If CMS version it may be DNS/XMPP issue.

HI Oleksandr, 

The user is in the user list:

Name: Web TMS

Email: Webex-TMS@ccccc.europa.eu

XMPP ID: webextms@cccccc.org

Tenant: None

---

The CMS version is 2.9.

The customer just use the web interface for secure collaboration meetings and it's not integrated with any IVR or Call server.

Any suggestion how to solve it?
