Screen share issue between Cisco Cloud endpoint and Cisco Webex Edge

Hi guys, throwing this question here as I have a TAC case going nowhere.

I haven't found a single Cisco resource that has access to Webex Edge devices.... Even TAC.

 

Anyone have both Cisco Cloud endpoints and Webex Edge Devices (DX70, DX80, Desk Pro, etc..) 

In our case, when a Cisco Cloud endpoint calls a Webex edge device (or vice versa) and one of them initiates a screen share, it systematically terminates the media and the call will fully disconnect a few minutes later.

We have zero other issues, including

 

Cloud Endpoint -> Cloud Node -> Expressway-E B2B -> Expressway-C B2B -> CMS (fully functional)
Cloud Endpoint -> Cloud Node -> Expressway-E B2B -> Expressway-C B2B -> CUCM -> Expressway-C MRA -> Expressway-E MRA -> MRA (Without Edge) Endpoint (fully functional)
Cloud Endpoint -> Cloud Node -> Expressway-E B2B -> SIP Endpoint (also fully functional)
Cloud Endpoint -> Cloud Node -> Expressway-E B2B -> Expressway-C B2B -> On-Prem SIP endpoint (also fully functional)


Cloud Endpoint -> Cloud Node -> Expressway-E B2B -> Expressway-C B2B -> CUCM -> Expressway-C MRA -> Expressway-E MRA -> MRA (WITH Edge) Endpoint (NOT functional)

 

Anyone experiencing something similar or can anyone confirm they have zero issues?
