Are you running 32-bit or 64-bit Java?
Make sure you're running 32-bit, as TMS is a 32-bit application.

Patrick sorry for delay ...

I have both JAVA 64/x86 and x86 installed.    I assume the x86 is the 32bit version.

I disabled the 64 and cleared history and deleted the view files files closed the browser opened and tried but get the error ???

Any other suggestions are appreciated.

Make sure you have Java enabled in Internet Explorer

  1. Click Tools and then Internet Options
  2. Select the Security tab, and select the Custom Level button
  3. Scroll down to Scripting of Java applets
  4. Make sure the Enable radio button is checked
  5. Click OK to save your preference

You can also try adding your whole TMS server (https://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/tms) to the exemption list as the files required aren't necessarily just pageid-59.

Also make sure that you are actually using Internet Explorer and not Microsoft Edge.
