End Point agent monitoring

Hi I am Prashanth k Naik,

In our organization we have license for endpoint and Enterprise agent. installing one agent took around 5 min time.

Users  working in particular building were facing frequent network disconnections. to monitor the issue we installed endpoint agent on multiple user laptops and created browser session tests, Local network test and Teams automated tests  to monitor where exactly the issue was. after monitoring from TE tests we concluded that there was issue with ISP where the signal was dropping frequently.

TE Map visualization option pinpoints where the exact issue is. 

Need to explore the agent-to-agent communication tests.

Hi,

ThousandEyes can send alert information using Custom Webhooks.

There is also an option of streaming the data from ThousandEyes to a 3rd party data store using OpenTelemetry.

We also have an API that can be used to extract data from ThousandEyes for 3rd party data processing.

It really boils down to what 3rd party (QRadar in this case) can support.
